1.2.      Children are allowed to swim in the pool only under the supervision of parents or adults who are responsible for them.

1.3.      It is recommended to observe silence on the territory of Wellness.

1.4.      It is not recommended to be in the pool in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication.

1.5.      It is advisable not to visit the Wellness for people with open wounds, visible skin diseases, diseases in the acute stage or other medical contraindications.

2. Rules of stay in the Indoor Freshwater Pool.

2.1.      The length of the pool is 25 meters.

2.2.      The depth of the pool is 120 centimeters.

2.3.      For their safety, children under 120 centimeters in height should wear armbands or life jackets.

2.4.     Refrain from loud shouting, noise or splashing towards other guests.

3. Rules of stay in the Flintstones children’s water area.

3.1 The territory of the Flinstons was created for healthy leisure and recreation of our youngest guests – children from 1 to 10 years old.

3.2.      Children must always be under the supervision of their parents or adults who are responsible for them.

3.3.     The depth of the pools is 40 cm and 25 cm, which can be dangerous for children under 3 years old. Parents should keep this in mind.

3.4.     Children under 3 years old must wear diapers for swimming.

3.5.      Parents should warn children not to drink water from the pool.

3.6.     Children’s entertainment can be freely carried out between children, as long as it does not take the form of deliberate pushing, causing pain or other types of aggression. In this case, the steward has the right to prevent children and their parents from entering the territory of the Wellness pool.

3.7.      Children from 4 years old are allowed to use the “Slide” attraction independently, and younger children – only with the support of adults.

3.8.     The children’s sauna with a temperature of 40 degrees is safe for children and does not affect their health, provided that children are not sensitive to high temperatures.

3.9.     It is not recommended to stay on the Territory of the Flintstones Children’s Water Zone for adults in a state of intoxication.

4. Rules of stay in the Salt Cave.

4.1.  A visit to the Salt Cave is a wellness procedure.

4.2.     Number of procedures:

for prevention – 10 procedures;

for treatment – 15-20 and more.

4.3.     Recommendations for the duration of the procedure: first session – 10 minutes (adaptation); subsequent sessions – 15-20 minutes.

4.4.     To visit the Salt Cave, you should wear dry, comfortable clothes made of natural materials or a bathrobe.

4.5.     Sessions should be conducted no earlier than 1 hour after eating and physical activity.

4.6.     It is not recommended to bring foreign objects into the Salt Cave. As an exception, mobile gadgets should be turned on in silent mode.

4.7.      Parents should make sure that the salt on the child’s hands does not get into the eyes and be sure to wash their hands and face after the session.

4.8.     It is not recommended to smoke while visiting the Salt Cave:

– Wear perfume before the session;

– Use contact lenses;

– Touch your eyes with your hands, as there may be salt on your hands;

– Visit the Salt Cave with high body temperature, infectious diseases and diseases in the acute stage.

5. Rules for staying in thermal Jacuzzis.

5.1.      Staying in thermal Jacuzzis is recommended for no longer than 15 minutes per 1 session and no more than 3 sessions per day.

5.2.      Before visiting the thermal jacuzzi, you should take a shower.

6. Rules for visiting the Stone Garden Yard.

6.1.      Kneipp baths:

– Based on the alternating effects of hot thermal and cold fresh water;

– The procedures are taken barefoot;

– It is necessary to stand in the Kneipp bath with both feet and hold the handrails;

– It is necessary to stand in each bowl in turn for 1 minute, making 4-5 circles.

6.2.     Buvette with thermal water:

– Thermal water is not intended for constant use, it should be consumed in moderation, in small quantities.

6.3.     Thermal pool with water cannons:

– The recommended time spent in the thermal pool is 3 times for 20 minutes per day;

– The pool is equipped with three water cannons for aqua massage;

– The pool is equipped with underwater seats for a comfortable stay in the water.

6.4.     Thermal Jacuzzi in the open air:
