- Entrance to the thermal pools through the central reception with free parking for cars.
- Visitors to the thermal pools have access to:

– “Golden health tap “Kosyno”
– Pool “H2O”
– Swimming pool
– Yin-Yang pool
– Kneipp baths
– Royal Saunas for 30 minutes. from 10.00 to 20.00.
– For the summer period, fast food is available for guests on the territory
– Charda restaurant is open only for hotel guests
