Accommodation rules

Reservation of room

– 100% prepayment for whole period of accommodation
– Booking at the web-site, by phone + 38 067 907 55 00 or at the hotel reception

Cancellation of reservation

– a cost of accommodation for 1 day is withheld irrespective of term of cancellation

Check in (registration of accommodation)

– Check in from 15:00 pm
– During check in it’s necessary to provide a personal identification document.

Check out

– Check out to 12:00 pm
– Working hours of reception from 09:00 am to 20:00 pm

Accommodation

– Wearing bracelet is obligatorily in the territory
– In the hotel can be only the persons, that live here
– Visiting of the hotel guests by other persons is impossible
– Entrance in the hotel territory only through the turnstiles
– Hour of silence from 13:00 pm to 15:00 pm, from 23:00 pm to 07:00 am
– From 00:00 am to 06:00 am the hotel is closed for a night
– In case of delay, after 00:00 am, call the Security with help of door intercommunication system at the turnstile.

Forbidden:

– Bring and keep food products in the room
– Accommodation together with animals
– Bring a weapon in the territory
– Smoking in the rooms is absolutely!

Catering

– Type of catering – Full board  (Breakfast Lunch Dinner) from 7:30 am to 21:30 pm

– Breakfast – from 7:30 am to 11:00 am
– Lunch – from 13:00 pm to 15:00 pm
– Dinner – from 18:00 pm to 21:30 pm

Bathing

– Visiting of pools for the whole day (tariff «Unlimited») for guests of the hotel
– From 20:00 pm to 21:00 pm – Preventive works, during this time the bathing is limited.

Visit of saunas

– For hotel guests unlimited from 10:00 am to 19:30 pm and  21:00 pm to 23:00 pm

– Children up to 150 cm before visiting saunas are not allowed.
