I. Terms of stay at the GRAND HOTEL KOSINO hotel

• The room price includes:

  – Accommodation in comfortable rooms of different categories

  – Visiting thermal and freshwater pools

  – Food in the restaurant of Hungarian cuisine “Charda”

  – Parking with 24-hour security

  – Rest areas by the pools with deckchairs, tables and umbrellas

  – Visiting the Royal Saunas

II. Booking and accommodation conditions

Room reservation

• Reservation and payment are made on the website www.kosino.ua or by phone +38 067 907 55 00

Check-in (registration)

• The reception is open from 09:00 to 20:00.

• Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00.

• After 8:00 p.m. check-in is carried out by the Security service.

• Upon check-in, it is necessary to provide an identity document.

• Early check-in (from 09:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) in “Standard” and “Mansarda Romantic” rooms is possible with an additional payment of UAH 2,000 per room, provided that the room is free.

• Early check-in (from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) in rooms of the Royal, Deluxe, Family Deluxe, Family, Attic Deluxe rooms is subject to an additional charge of UAH 3,000 per room, provided that the number is free.

• The tourist tax is not included in the price of the room, it is charged at check-out. Payment of tourist tax for 1 person – UAH 35.50/day of stay.

Check-out

• Check-out before 12:00.

• Late check-out (from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) in rooms of the “Standard” and “Attic Romantic” types is carried out with an additional payment in the amount of UAH 2,000 per room, provided that the room is not booked for the current day by a new guest.

• Late check-out (from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) to Royal, Deluxe, Family Deluxe, Family, Attic Deluxe rooms is subject to an additional charge of UAH 3,000 per room, provided that the room is not booked for the current day by a new guest.

• Check-out is carried out by the Security service before 09:00.

Accommodation

• On the territory of the hotel, all payments are made exclusively in non-cash form using a bracelet. Cash is not in circulation on the territory of the complex.

• Wearing a bracelet on the territory is mandatory. The bracelet is a means of identification of the guest. The wristband is used to enter the hotel and the water park, and to pay for services.

• If a bracelet is lost, a new one is issued at the hotel reception free of charge (at the first loss). Repeated loss – UAH 100.

• Only residents of the hotel have the right to stay in the hotel.

• Quiet hours are from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 06:00.

• The hotel is closed from 24:00 to 06:00.

Not allowed:

• Food storage in the room (except fruit).

• Staying with animals.

• Carry weapons into the territory.

• Smoking in rooms.

• Visiting of residents by other persons who do not live in the hotel.

Cancellation of purchase

• The application for cancellation of stay and refund is sent to the e-mail address: [email protected].

• Funds are returned within 30 days from the moment of receipt and consideration of the guest’s application.

• In case of cancellation of the reservation, the cost of accommodation for 1 day is withheld, regardless of the date of cancellation.

Meals

• Meal type – “Full board” (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in the restaurant of Hungarian cuisine “Charda”, where you will be offered exquisite dishes of Hungarian, Ukrainian and European cuisine.

• Breakfast – from 7:30 to 10:30.

• Lunch is from 13:00 to 15:00.

• Dinner is from 18:30 to 20:30.

Swimming in pools

• From 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., unlimited access to pools on the territory of the “Kosino Thermal Waters” complex.
