Basic concepts
- Gift Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the Certificate) is a card printed by typographic means or a programmatically generated image with a unique number for a specific room type and a validity period, which entitles the Buyer/Holder to stay at the Grand Hotel Kosino on selected dates, if there is a free room of the corresponding type on such dates.
- Certificate Buyer – the person who paid the cost of the Certificate
- Certificate holder – the person to whom the Certificate for accommodation at the Grand Hotel Kosino is registered and who presents the certificate upon accommodation.
- Certificate validity period – 1 year from the date of purchase
Purchase of a certificate
- The Gift Certificate can be purchased at the reception of the Grand Hotel Kosino in person or by phone.
- When purchasing, please specify
- selected room type
- number of days to stay
- Buyer's full name
- Full name of the guest who will be staying (if known)
- the email address of the person to whom the electronic version of the Gift Certificate is being sent
- delivery address for the paper copy of the certificate (if necessary)
- Pay for the certificate using the selected method.
- The certificate is considered valid after payment at the reception or receipt of funds to the Grand Hotel Kosino account.
- The Certificate Holder is determined by the Certificate Buyer upon purchase or later by personally calling the reception phone number. +38 067 907 55 00 and indicating your last name, first name, middle name, and certificate number for verification.
- The Gift Certificate holder must inform the reception of the desired arrival date in advance by phone. +38 067 907 55 00. Reception hours are 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily.
- Reservations based on certificates are not available during the "High Season" period.
- When ordering, the Holder must provide the following information:
- gift certificate number (by scanning the QR code on the certificate)
- your last name middle name
- desired arrival date
- number of living adults
- number of children staying with age at the time of arrival
- Reservations based on a certificate are subject to availability for the desired arrival period.
- Upon check-in, the Holder must present their valid Certificate in paper or electronic form at the hotel reception.
- The certificate entitles you to use it once.
- The certificate is not exchangeable for cash equivalent.
- Accommodation under the certificate is not divided into multiple periods and must be used for 1 stay.
- No refunds will be given for unused certificates or days not spent.
