Price list

• Reception hours are from 09:00 to 20:00.
• Accommodation at Grand Hotel Kosino is only available after full prepayment.
• Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• After 8:00 PM, check-in is carried out by Security.
• When checking in, it is necessary to provide an identity document for all residents.
• Early check-in (from 09:00 to 15:00) in rooms of the “Standard” and “Romantic Attic” types is available for an additional fee of 2000 UAH per room, provided that the room is available.
• Early check-in (from 09:00 to 15:00) in rooms of the “Royal”, “Suite”, “Family Deluxe”, “Family”, “Attic Deluxe” type is available for an additional fee of UAH 3,000 per room, provided that the room is available.
• Tourist tax is not included in the room price, it is charged upon check-out. The tourist tax amount for 1 person is 43.24 UAH/night of stay.

• When staying at the Grand Hotel Kosino, each guest is provided with an individual electronic bracelet, valid for the entire period of stay.
• Wearing a bracelet on the territory is mandatory. The bracelet is a means of identifying the guest. The bracelet is used to enter the hotel room and pay for goods and services.
• All payments on the hotel premises are made exclusively in cashless form using a bracelet. Cash is not accepted on the premises of the complex.
• Final payment for consumed goods and services must be made at the hotel reception before check-out.
• In case of loss of the bracelet, a new one will be issued at the hotel reception free of charge (for the first loss). Repeated loss – 100 UAH.
• Only hotel residents are allowed to stay in the hotel.
• Quiet hours are from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• The hotel is closed from 24:00 to 06:00.

• The accommodation price includes free meals - “Full board” (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in the Hungarian restaurant «Charda», where you will be offered exquisite dishes of Hungarian, Ukrainian and European cuisine.
  Breakfast – from 7:30 to 10:30.
  Lunch is from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
  Dinner – from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
• There are bars and fast food outlets on the territory (during the summer season), where the hotel guest pays during the stay using an electronic bracelet.

Unlimited visits are provided for the entire duration of your stay:

• swimming pools on the territory of the “Kosino Thermal Waters“ complex from 06:00 to 23:00.
• Royal Saunas bathhouse from 10:00 to 19:00 (for adults only).
• WELLNESS area from 9:00 to 22:00.
• Kosino water park from 09:00 to 19:30 (during working hours).

• Check-out from the room at Grand Hotel Kosino is until 12:00.
• Late check-out (from 12:00 to 18:00) from rooms of the “Standard” and “Romantic Attic” types is subject to an additional charge of 2000 UAH per room, provided that the room is not booked for the current day by a new guest.
• Late check-out (from 12:00 to 18:00) from rooms of the “Royal”, “Suite”, “Family Deluxe”, “Family”, “Attic Deluxe” types is carried out with an additional payment of 3000 UAH per room, provided that the room is not booked for the current day by a new guest.
• Security service will check out until 09:00.

• Food storage in the room (except fruit).
• Staying with animals.
• Bringing weapons into the territory.
• Smoking in the rooms.
• Visits to residents by persons other than those residing at the hotel.

• The application for cancellation of accommodation and refund is sent to the following email address: kosino.tw@gmail.com.
• Refunds are made within 30 days of receiving and reviewing the guest's application.
• In case of cancellation of the reservation or departure before the end date of stay, the cost of accommodation for 1 night will be charged, regardless of the cancellation period.
