Privacy policy for the Kosino mobile application.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information we receive from users of the Kosino mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). We are committed to complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to protect the rights of users of our Application.

1. Information we collect

We may collect various types of data, both directly obtained from you upon registration (Article 13 GDPR) and automatically obtained through your device (e.g. mobile phone) when you use the Application (Articles 13-14 GDPR). We may collect the Data listed below:

– Customer Account. We collect and process Personal Data provided by you during registration and subsequent editing of your Account. For the purposes of registration, you provide registration data: username and password, first name, last name and email address, and you can also edit your Account and supplement it by providing information at your own discretion.

– Information posted by Users based on the results of their service. We collect and process information such as reviews, comments, requests to the Support Service, complaints, claims and other requests.

– Information about transactions made through the App. We do not directly process your credit/debit card information, instead we use a third-party payment service to bill you for online payments. We do not store your payment information on our servers, such as transaction ID, date and time.

Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purpose of processing such data, but not less than 1 year. Personal data may be destroyed after the expiration of the storage period or in cases provided for by law.
